Research use & eligibility
What does “For Research Use Only” mean?
All products sold by Certified Pep Lab are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not approved for human or veterinary use of any kind, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Are these products for human or animal use?
No. Products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for any medical, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or household use.

Do I need to agree to anything before entering the site?
Yes. Visitors confirm they are 21+, that products are for laboratory research use only, and that they agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. A verification cookie is stored for 30 days.
Quality, testing & COAs
How do you verify product purity?
Every batch is independently tested by third-party laboratories using HPLC and mass spectrometry. Certificates of analysis confirming ≥99% purity are available on request for every product sold. The site also lists an average HPLC purity of 99.67%.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is an official document from an independent laboratory confirming that a specific batch meets its stated quality and purity specifications. It documents compound identity, measured purity, and the analytical methods used. Each COA is tied to the batch number printed on the product.
How do I get the COA for my order?
Open the matching product in the COA library and compare the batch or lot number on your label to the certificate. You can also send your order or batch number to support and the matching COA will be emailed to you.
Where is the batch number?
The batch or lot number is printed on the product label. Use it to confirm the certificate matches the exact batch you received.
Are COAs from an independent lab?
Yes. Purity and identity testing is carried out by third-party laboratories, so results are independent of Certified Pep Lab.
What does HPLC purity mean?
HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) separates and measures the components in a sample. The purity figure is the percentage of the sample that is the target compound.
What is your testing process?
- Compounds are synthesized in GMP-compliant facilities under quality-control protocols from raw material to final vial.
- A representative sample is pulled from each production batch before release.
- The sample is sent to a third-party lab for HPLC purity and identity analysis.
- Results are documented on a COA tied to the batch’s unique lot number.
- Nothing ships until it is tested. 100% of batches are tested.
What appears on every certificate?
Identity confirmation, HPLC purity, test methods, batch/lot number, pass/fail status, and authorization from the independent testing facility.
