1 Intended Use — In-Vitro Research Only

“In-vitro” means work outside a living organism, in a controlled laboratory setting such as a test tube, culture vessel, plate, or analytical instrument.

All Certified Pep Lab products are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use by qualified professionals.

Product pages, certificates of analysis, and educational text are for laboratory reference only. They are not medical advice, dosing guidance, or a recommendation to use any material in humans or animals.

2 Who We Are — and Who We Are Not

Certified Pep Lab is a laboratory chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. We are not an outsourcing facility under Section 503B of that Act. We are not a medical provider.

We do not compound prescription drugs, fill prescriptions, dispense medications, provide dosing or administration instructions, or market products for therapeutic or diagnostic use in humans or animals.

3 Age and Purchaser Qualifications

By accessing the site or buying products you represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, affiliated with a laboratory, research institution, university, or other research facility, or you otherwise have the scientific training, equipment, and facilities to handle research chemicals lawfully and safely.
• You understand the hazards of laboratory chemicals.
• You will use products only for lawful in-vitro research.
• You will not administer products to humans or animals.
• You will not resell or transfer products for a use that violates this Policy.
• You accept full responsibility for compliance with federal, state, local, and institutional rules, including any permit, inventory, IRB, IBC, export, or disposal requirements that apply to you.

4 Required Acknowledgment

By using the website or completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read this Policy; that every product is research-use-only; that products are not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use; that misuse may violate law and may result in civil or criminal liability; and that Certified Pep Lab has no liability for unauthorized or improper use.

5 Zero Tolerance for Misuse

We will not sell to anyone we reasonably believe intends a non-research use. Indications of human or animal use, compounding, clinical use, or requests for dosing or injection guidance may result in a refused sale and a permanent ban.

6 Quality Documentation

Where we provide a Certificate of Analysis or similar lot data, that document describes tested specifications for the lot (for example identity or purity by methods such as HPLC). It is documentation for laboratory receiving and method development. It is not a guarantee of experimental results in your protocol and it is not a drug label.

You are responsible for independently confirming identity, purity, and suitability before use in any experiment.

7 Laboratory Storage and Handling After Delivery

After FedEx delivers the package, storage and handling are your responsibility. As general laboratory practice for lyophilized research peptides: keep sealed material dry and protected from light; long-term storage is commonly at -20°C or colder; short-term refrigerated storage may be used when consistent with your lab SOP; reconstituted solutions should be handled under your institution’s chemical-hygiene plan. Use appropriate PPE and standard laboratory controls.

Certified Pep Lab is not responsible for degradation caused by storage or handling after delivery.
